Your teacher:
Hey, I’m Sini (she/her), a certified yoga teacher (RYT-500, hatha, vinyasa and yin), a gender equality expert and a mentor for HSPs and introverts. My mission is to help highly sensitive persons (HSPs) and introverts feel more calm, energised and balanced so they can pursue the kind of meaningful life deep down they know they are meant to.
I use many tools in my work but I’ve found yin yoga to be one of the most powerful ones, especially for HSPs. Yin yoga is a calm style of yoga — it allows us to release our emotions and feel more energised because of the energetic effects that happen in our body’s meridians and in our fascia.
Yin yoga holds a type of magic that I'm excited to share with you, and hope you can experience it, too! My aim is to create an inclusive and safe space for you to strengthen your body-mind connection and discover deeper levels of self-compassion and acceptance through yoga.
